Hello! My name is Charles Mitchell Ward (DC #482771). Meet My "New" Family

Because my "biological" parents abandoned me many years ago, I thank God every day that my "New" family found me ... they love me ... they believe in me ... and they are fighting valiantly for my freedom but we need HELP.
